Describe your idea for the commission as clearly as possible

Send me references for characters (if they are OCs), poses, clothes and overall mood or lighting if wanted.

If you don't have a clear idea, we can think of something cool together ♥

I will notify you wether I accept the commission within a week ♥

I have the right to refuse, refund and/or cancel your commission if I think I am unable to meet your expectations.

My commissions in general are for personal use. There are additional charges for commercial use.

Deadlines can only be set beforehand. Rush fees can apply.

You receive digital files only. No physical product will be shipped.

I accept payment through Vgen or Paypal.

I start working on the commission after payment is received.

Only pay after I’ve confirmed to take the commission.

You may request a full refund only before or during the sketching phase.

With requesting a full refund, you will lose all ownership to any received files.

Partial refunds can only be requested if I couldn’t finish your commission in 5 months after payment. The amount of refund depends on the progress to this point.

With a partial refund you may keep the files you received.

I will povide WIPs during the whole process and all phases. There will be a sketching phase, lineart & base color phase, shading phase as well as a polishing phase.

During the sketching phase you may issue changes to your liking up to 3 times. An organized list of requests is appreciated. For visual help in explaining, you may alter my WIPs within reason.

There will be extra charges if you want me to perform major edits after the sketching phase. I will inform you on the costs beforehand.

Minor changes such as color hues or missing details in the polishing phase are allowed.

Major changes that may disturb the overall composition are not allowed.

Don't claim full credits to the artwork's creation.

I (SabZac) retain the rights to the credits and to posting the work on my portfolio and my social media.

Publishing and privatization of the commission can be discussed.

Reposting your commissioned artwork is allowed as long as I'm properly credited as the artist (by linking my social media).

My artworks are under no circumstances allowed to be used for training AI or blockchain-related technologies including NFTs and any form of cryptocurrencies.
